Some days, I don't feel like getting up and riding my bike (today), or eating healthier, or writing (horror!) And then I kick myself all day knowing I should have pushed through and just made myself DO IT.
And then there are the times I feel motivated, empowered, alive.
Why? Because I am human. Thats why we feel sometimes uninspired and sometimes bursting with ideas.
Go with peace, tap into the rhythm of what is right for you.
I need to wait, breathe, rest, know when to go on a bike ride and when it is ok to just sleep, and let go of the gnawing guilt and the pain.
